Effective from 1 June 2025, all manuscripts initially submitted to the Journal of Bioresources and Environmental Sciences will be subject to an Article Processing Charge (APC) upon acceptance for publication (Rp 500.000,00 or USD 35).
This policy applies to all new submissions received on or after 1 June 2025. The APC will support the journal’s commitment to open access publishing and maintaining high editorial and production standards.

APC Waiver:
- For Indonesian authors, Article Processing Charges (APC) may be waived if the manuscript includes at least one co-author affiliated with an institution outside Indonesia (since initial submission).
- Authors with high scholarly credentials (h-index of 10 or higher) on Scopus are eligible for a full waiver.
